Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to help find the best flooring products for their needs Work with hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius Utilize the strength of a well-known brand to generate more business through referrals and prospecting 100% commission with commission bonuses; outside sales consultants on average earn $50k-$70k first year, with top performers earning well over $100k Earn while you learn: paid training to learn the business Representing Empire Today with professional appearance and demeanor Requirements / Qualifications
Valid local driver's license and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually Availability for evening and weekend appointments Direct Seller Contract Delivery of excellent customer service Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in sales presentations Present professionally, including in Empire-branded apparel About the role
