This full‑time career opportunity (~40 hours per week) is based at our Bear, DE (New Castle County) financial center at 100 Eden Circle. Must be available to work during branch hours (no Sundays).
Responsibilities
Assist clients with teller transactions accurately in accordance with bank policy.
Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques; utilize the CRM to foster relationship‑building conversations and maintain a consistent approach to onboarding new customers and expanding existing relationships.
Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services, open new accounts, perform maintenance requests, assist with operational activities, and balance sales and teller tasks.
Manage risk by maintaining compliance with regulations and Fulton policies; demonstrate sound judgment within limits.
Leverage knowledge of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
Education High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Experience 1+ years of customer service or sales experience (required).
6–12 months cash handling experience (preferred).
Other Information This role may perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Each employee must read, understand, and act on the contents of all assigned compliance programs and ensure that all compliance training assignments are completed by due dates.
Base hourly rate $18.25‑$28.61.
