Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Abacum
About Abacum : Abacum is the leading business planning solution for finance teams, enabling automation, collaboration, and simplified forecasting. Founded in 2020 by former CFOs, our global team of 100+ people across 30+ nationalities is headquartered in New York with offices in London and Barcelona. We partner with industry leaders such as Dish Networks, Strava, BetterUp, Kajabi, JG Wentworth, Abridge, Cortex, and many others. We recently closed a $60M Series B, raising over $100 M in total.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers for Abacum.
Execute outbound sales campaigns using phone, email, and social touches.
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or events.
Understand prospects’ needs and articulate how Abacum adds value.
Meet and exceed individual and team goals.
Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce.
Leverage tools such as Gong, Salesloft, Zoominfo/Cognism, and SalesNav.
Qualifications
+8 months of outbound SDR/BDR experience with cold‑calling for a B2B SaaS company.
Ability and desire to thrive in a rapidly evolving, fast‑growing environment.
Motivated, coachable, and determined to succeed.
Impeccable work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.
Native or near-native level of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Hybrid model: in‑office minimum 3–4 days per week.
Ability to travel as required.
