Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels like cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
Customer Engagement: Maintain regular contact with leads and prospects, providing information, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual sales presentations and demos to showcase products/services and demonstrate how they meet customer needs.
Sales Pipeline Management: Keep track of leads and prospects, ensuring no potential opportunities are overlooked, and work towards closing deals to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong Work Ethic and Drive: Demonstrates a dedicated approach to work and a strong motivation to achieve sales targets.
Excellent Verbal and Writing Skills: Proficient in effective communication, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent Customer Skills: Possesses exceptional customer interaction abilities, understanding customer needs, and providing satisfactory solutions.
Inside Sales Experience: Prior experience in inside sales, showcasing familiarity with sales processes and techniques.
Early-Career Candidates: Enthusiastic individuals at the early stages of their careers, eager to grow and develop in the role.
Proven Lead Generation Abilities: Capable of proactively generating leads through various channels like cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
