Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Sales Management Opportunity! Legacy Kia of West Mifflin is seeking an experienced and driven Automotive Sales Manager to join our leadership team at our brand-new facility. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive sales management experience with proven success in a dealership or dealer group environment. We’re looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy, process-oriented leader who is customer-focused and passionate about developing people.

Prior experience managing used car sales and/or the finance office is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and provide daily focus for the Sales team

Work directly with team members and customers to build strong relationships and enhance the sales process

Maintain CSI scores at or above company standards

Build rapport with customers to establish a strong referral and repeat business network

Support the sales staff and assist in closing deals

Manage and drive productivity within the sales department

Maintain strong working relationships with the manufacturer and lending institutions

Facilitate and support ongoing sales training for continuous team development

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of automotive dealership management experience required

Strong interest in training, coaching, and developing sales professionals within a collaborative team culture

High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales workday

Tech‑savvy with solid experience handling internet and phone leads

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

CDK and VinSolutions experience required
