Sales Manager

to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and engage VIP/Corporate aircraft operators, MROs, completion centers, and aircraft resellers for profitable paint program opportunities.

Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships and gather insights on upcoming paint RFPs.

Proactively market the company’s full suite of aircraft painting services.

Develop, present, and negotiate commercial proposals and aircraft painting contracts.

Support and manage Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for new and existing clients.

Ensure full adherence to internal sales processes and standards.

Collaborate closely with the Managing Director USA and Sales Director to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Maintain and track the sales pipeline, contract database, and customer records.

Administer, update, and revise customer contracts as needed.

Represent the Sales & Commercial team during internal and external bid-review meetings.

Attend BizJet/MRO shows, industry conferences, and aviation events to promote services and build networks.

Monitor market trends, opportunities, and risks related to corporate aviation, completion services, and aircraft painting.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and revenue reporting in accordance with company guidelines.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in MRO, ideally within Corporate Jet/BizJet painting, MRO, or completion environments.

Established network of senior-level contacts in the corporate aviation community.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail; able to manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously.

Proven success in prospecting, nurturing leads, and securing contracts from initiation to award.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Skilled in tracking KPIs and managing personal performance metrics.

Demonstrated ability to foster long‑term, value‑driven customer relationships.
