Sr. Regional Sales Manager, Monarch – West US Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech team is developing next‑generation, smarter surgical technologies. We are looking for a Senior Regional Sales Manager to lead the growth of our Surgical Robotics solutions across the U.S. West. This field‑based role will oversee a team of Clinical Specialists, Account Managers and Regional Managers, driving procedure sales, adoption and utilization of Auris Health products.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute quarterly business plans that achieve procedure sales and disposable revenue targets for the assigned territorial area.

Maintain a detailed, regularly updated business plan and assist account managers in creating and executing their own territory plans.

Drive growth and hit sales targets by effectively leading, coaching and monitoring performance of the direct‑report team.

Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships through partnership with account managers and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Present sales, revenue and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the Area Director and Sales Management.

Share winning sales strategies across the area, peers and the Director of Sales.

Collaborate with Territory Managers and Key Accounts to execute strategic sales activities that maximize Auris Health capital system sales.

Lead product technical and clinical demonstrations to promote adoption of Auris Health technologies.

Execute referral education activities that drive increased procedure sales.

Implement and support post‑sales installation, implementation and adoption protocols in partnership with the sales and service teams.

Ensure customers achieve clinical and economic goals, driving satisfaction and higher utilization rates.

Maintain expert knowledge of all Auris Health products and stay ahead of industry and market trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (minimum).

At least 8 years of healthcare sales experience.

Minimum 3 years in capital sales.

Exceptional ability to learn and communicate technical product and clinical disease-state knowledge to physicians and economic buyers.

Extensive travel (up to 75%) including overnight trips within the territory.

Experience in hospital or ASC settings, attending live patient cases, and wearing required protective gear.

Self‑starter with strong autonomy, problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Team player who shares sales strategies and key learnings with management and peers.

Receptive to constructive feedback and capable of collaborating within a matrix organization.

Proven ability to articulate customer needs and feedback to the organization.

Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Strong communication skills with a high frequency of interaction with sales management and the broader organization.

Experience working in a regulated environment (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820).

Work Environment Field‑based territory; requires a valid driver’s license. Company‑issued vehicle, computer and cell phone will be provided and expensed monthly.

Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $151,000 – $243,800. Eligible for company retirement plan (401(k)) and long‑term incentive program.

Benefits Overview Vacation: 120 hours per calendar year Sickness: 40 hours per year (48 for Colorado, 56 for Washington) Holiday pay: 13 days per calendar year (includes Floating Holidays) Work, Personal & Family Time: up to 40 hours per year Parental Leave: 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care Bereavement Leave: 240 hours for immediate family, 40 for extended family per year Caregiver Leave: 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period (10 days) Volunteer Leave: 32 hours per year Military Spouse Time‑Off: 80 hours per year
