T-Mobile Retail Sales Representatives are essential for delivering knowledge and expertise about T-Mobile products and services to customers. $13.00/hr - $32.00/hr Pay
Average hourly: $20.97/hour Responsibilities
Assist and sell to customers while providing exemplary service to build loyalty. Approach customers with confidence, build genuine relationships, educate, and offer solutions that pave the way for a potential T-Mobile sale. Assess and recommend the right plan, ensuring a hands‑on approach throughout the customer on‑boarding process. Know how to find the right fit for customers’ correct phone, mobile technology, and rate plan package. Perform all required opening and closing duties and meet monthly revenue and profit targets. Research and memorize T-Mobile’s products and services lineup and stay up‑to‑date on technology. Support the team, keep the store looking its best, and consistently act in the best interest of the company. Qualifications
Customer service and/or sales experience preferred; retail environment a plus. Authorization to work in the United States. Pass a pre‑employment background check. High‑school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age. Benefits
