We empower security companies to streamline their operations and deliver top‑tier service to their clients. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. Role Overview: As the Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Burbank‑based sales operations. Your primary responsibilities will include leading a team of sales representatives, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring we meet and exceed our sales targets. This role includes a competitive base salary plus a rewarding commission structure. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Manage the Sales Team:
Oversee a team of sales reps, providing mentorship, training, performance coaching, and accountability. Drive Sales Growth:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while expanding our client base. Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop, refine, and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns tailored to our software solutions. Client Engagement:
Meet with prospects to understand their needs and demonstrate how Guard Owl delivers exceptional value. Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs, pipeline metrics, and revenue targets; adjust strategies as needed to stay ahead of goals. CRM Management:
Utilize CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) to manage pipelines, track leads, and ensure accurate sales reporting. Ensure all reps are properly using the CRM to maintain data integrity and improve close rates. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in tech sales, SaaS, or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and hold a sales team accountable. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Experience working with CRM platforms and leveraging them to drive sales performance. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly understand and articulate the value of our software. Compensation: This role offers a competitive base salary plus a generous commission structure based on performance.
