Outside Sales - Southeast
Location: Remote based in Southeast US (preferred Atlanta, GA)

Job Description We are looking for a sales professional to drive PCMO sales growth across the Southeast U.S. region, building relationships with repair shops, distributors, and fleet operators.

What You Will Be Doing
Drive PCMO sales growth throughout the Southeast U.S. region by building strong relationships with existing and new repair shops and distributors.
Identify and onboard new business with repair shops, fleet operators, and municipalities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with Motul’s national objectives.
Represent Motul at key industry events, customer visits, and training sessions.
Deliver product training and support to customers ensuring optimal application while driving increased sales and satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust tactics to meet regional goals.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, technical and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage contracts, support collections, and ensure regional budget compliance.
Track competitor activity and provide insights to strengthen Motul’s market position.
What You Bring
3-8 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket, preferably in lubricants and oil.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
Deep understanding of lubricant products and applications in the automotive segment.
Proven success record in territory or regional sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
High degree of autonomy and organization; ability to prioritize across a wide territory.
Strong skills in CRM (Zoho), sales reporting (Power BI), presentations (PPT), ERP (SAP), MS Office, Excel (advanced), and remote collaboration.
Willingness to travel frequently across the Southeast region up to 75% of the time (valid driver’s license required).
Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
