What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive PCMO sales growth throughout the Southeast U.S. by building relationships with repair shops and distributors
Identify and onboard new business opportunities with repair shops, fleet operators, and municipalities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's national objectives
Represent the employer at key industry events, customer visits, and training sessions
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust tactics to meet regional goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
3-8 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket, preferably in lubricants and oil
Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred
Deep understanding of lubricant products and applications in the automotive segment
Proven success record in territory or regional sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
High degree of autonomy and organization; able to prioritize effectively across a wide territory
Strong skills in CRM tools (Zoho), sales reporting (Power BI), presentation (PPT), ERP (SAP), MS Office, and advanced Excel
Willingness to travel frequently across the Southeast region up to 75% of the time
Able to lift/carry up to 40 pounds
