Base Pay Range $98,000.00/yr - $118,000.00/yr
The Role: Blending Sales Mastery with Mentorship As a Senior Sales Representative, you will first focus on achieving sales excellence. Once qualified, you will transition into a mentorship role, continuously covering personal sales targets while coaching emerging talent.
Demonstrate Sales Leadership: Set a high benchmark in sales, inspiring your team with your results.
Focus on Mentorship: Utilize leadership and training experience to nurture new talent, sharing knowledge and passion.
Sustain Sales Engagement: Balance mentorship duties with ongoing personal sales, demonstrating effective leadership through active participation.

The Ideal Candidate
Minimum 3 years of full‑time experience in sales, customer service, or similarly interactive roles.

Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
Able to pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
