Mentor and support a team of contract sales professionals Conduct monthly 1‑on‑1s and performance reviews Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance Align regional sales strategies with company goals Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities Guide reps in developing and refining quarterly strategic plans Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Logistics, CX, and Design teams Lead initiatives such as national sales meetings and onboarding programs Track budgets and timelines to ensure project success Promote transparent communication across teams and stakeholders We’re looking for a bold, strategic leader who’s ready to elevate our Contract Division. Sales Leadership: 5+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years leading high‑performing sales teams Industry Insight: Deep understanding of the North American commercial market—bonus points for interiors industry experience Team Builder: Proven ability to hire, train, and manage diverse teams, including remote roles Strategic Thinker: Align sales strategies with business goals and drive measurable growth Project Driver: Skilled in managing deadlines, budgets, and compensation plans with precision Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft applications—especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Style & Strengths
Presentation Pro: Confident and compelling in front of clients, teams, and stakeholders Design‑Minded: A background in design is a plus—you understand the aesthetic and the audience Road Warrior: Willing and able to travel up to 50% annually to key markets and events Collaborator Extraordinaire: Thrive in cross‑functional environments and love working with CX, Marketing, Logistics, and Design teams Hands‑On Leader: Not afraid to roll up sleeves and dive into details Field Experience: Bonus if you’ve worked as a field rep—you get what it takes to win in the trenches Key Competencies
