Field Sales Professional- Texas Panhandle

Full‑time hybrid – at least 2‑5 days a week in the Texas Panhandle territory. Local travel to schools and organizations is required, with evenings and weekends occasionally necessary.
What You Will Do
Provide best‑in‑class, consultative service to coaches across the assigned territory, making their lives easier.
Generate revenue and meet sales and growth targets.
Actively develop and qualify leads within the territory through cold‑calling and lead generation campaigns.
Resilience to handle rejection and persistence to turn challenges into opportunities.
Navigate the company’s CRM to support sales and customer relationship efforts.
Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels, providing the same level of service to every coach.
Utilize data‑driven intelligence on prospects to identify new trends and opportunities.
Manage your account list and travel on location within the assigned territory.
Qualifications Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
High level of self‑direction and autonomy in managing tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong time‑management skills to meet deadlines and optimize overall efficiency.
Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
Maintain a distraction‑free home office environment.
Education / Experience
3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or a coaching/sports‑related background.
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
Physical Requirements
Hybrid environment – prolonged periods of sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and driving will occur regularly.
