Responsibilities The e‑Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers—to guide them from a phone or internet lead through a safe and supportive in‑store experience. Your key responsibilities include responding to leads in a timely manner, answering questions, providing information, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle purchase journey.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desire to help people and exceed expectations.
Sales or customer service experience preferred.
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience.
Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation’s productivity standards.
Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
Proven ability to exceed automotive sales and customer service goals.
Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Willingness to follow up repeatedly with customers.
Valid in‑state driver’s license and safe driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
