Regional Sales Manager EMEA (m/f/d) Based on existing clients you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that support growth objectives in the EMEA region. Responsibilities
Manage existing clients and expand business relationships.
Identify and win new clients for standard and customized products.
Develop and implement the sales strategy for effective business growth.
Cooperate closely with colleagues from Marketing, Field Application Engineering, and Product Management to share customer and market know‑how and to help defining target customers, applications, and verticals.
Manage, support, and identify channel partners as well as sell directly to end customers and OEMs.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in business development, sales or marketing, preferably in the machine vision industry.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Experience in direct selling to OEMs and manufacturers or managing channel partners.
Strong proactive business acumen, analytical ability, coupled with a technical aptitude and a consultative approach to solution selling.
Very good communication skills in German and English.
