About the Role
As a Residential Door to Door Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for directly engaging with potential residential customers at their homes to sell products and services. This role involves building rapport with individuals, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value and benefits of the products being offered. You will often work independently, managing your schedule and territories to maximize sales opportunities. What You’ll Do
Sell Kinetic internet products and services to potential customers within your designated territory. Use a company‑owned vehicle to visit prospects, process orders, ensure service activation, set up accurate billing, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in a dynamic 5‑week Sales Residency program to gain essential skills and industry knowledge. Do You Have
Sales experience. Excellent customer service and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. A reliable and insured personal vehicle is needed to travel until you receive a company‑owned vehicle. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others. Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones. Self‑motivation and a desire for success. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and cover a variety of terrains. Bi‑lingual, English & Spanish, a plus. Bonus and Compensation
$5,000 Sign‑On Bonus
(distributed in installments: $1,000 after 5‑week residency, $2,000 at 6 months, $2,000 after 12 months). Ability to earn $70‑$99k annually (Base + Commission). Health benefits, paid training, paid time off, 401(k) and more! Physical Tasks
