Job Description As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and providing customers with support & guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all relevant information. You will also manage garment refill & care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house.
A Day in the Life Customer Sales & Profit
Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and OMNI experience.
Engage and converse with customers to provide excellent service.
Guide customers through fashion trends, stories & products.
Promote and sell our products.
Actively promote Hello Member Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.
Represent H&M positively.
Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets.
Fashion & Trend Awareness
Stay up to date with fashion trends, styles, brands, competitors.
Use product knowledge to share information with customers.
Team & Development
Share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues.
Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements.
Give & receive feedback to support each other.
Participate in onboarding, training, and courses relevant to role.
Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
Complete garment cycle from unpacking to steaming.
Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice.
Maintain a clean sales floor and back of house.
Support garment presentation and visual guidelines.
Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines.
Follow OMNI services & tech tools.
Support opening and closing of store.
Follow H&S guidelines and legal requirements.
Qualifications
Passionate about fashion.
Motivated by providing great customer experience.
Communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive, action-oriented.
Enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
Sales experience in dynamic environment.
Experience with customer service in fashion or retail.
