H&M Seasonal Sales Advisor - Brookfield Square Mall As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and supporting them with product knowledge. You will also perform garment refill & care, presentation, and maintain a clean & tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house.

A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities.

Provide excellent customer service: welcoming & guiding customers through the store & OMNI experience where available.

Engage and converse with customers to provide exceptional service.

Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories & products in all areas of the store.

Promote and sell our products effectively.

Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in‑store sustainability initiatives.

Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions.

Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.

General Information Fashion & Trend Awareness

Keep up‑date with fashion trends, styles, brands, competitors & influencers.

Share relevant product & fashion knowledge with customers.

Team & Development

Share service, fashion & store operations knowledge with colleagues.

Follow all procedures, routines & legal requirements.

Give & receive feedback to learn, develop & support each other.

Participate in onboarding, training & courses for role & future development.

Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution

Complete garment cycle: unpacking, refill, steaming & garment care.

Operate fitting room & checkout according to best practices.

Maintain a clean & tidy sales floor & back‑of‑house (including stockrooms).

Support garment presentation & attractive merchandise displays.

Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines.

Follow best practice for OMNI services & in‑store tech tools.

Support opening & closing of the store.

Follow all H&S guidelines & legal requirements.

Compensation: Sales Associates Pay Rate $14.50 per hour
