Inside Sales Closer Are you a persuasive Inside Sales Closer with a gift for turning "no" into "yes"? Do you thrive on the excitement of sealing the deal over the phone? This is a role for a
true closer —someone who’s hungry, proactive, and thrives on winning deals others couldn’t finish.
What You’ll Do: From the comfort of our Valencia, CA office, you’ll be our Closer Superstar, calling customers we’ve pitched but who haven’t yet bought. Using your sales or telemarketing prowess, you’ll reignite their interest in our HVAC and/or Water Heater services and close the deal.
About Us: We’re a growing, customer-first home services company specializing in HVAC, Plumbing and Water Heater solutions. Our team in the field—Home Comfort Advisors (HCA) and Water Heater Selling Technicians generate a stream of qualified leads. But not every lead gets closed on the first visit. That’s where you come in!

Position Summary: Castleworks Home Services is looking for a
high performing Inside Sales Closer
to step in and
seal the deal
on leads that were quoted but not closed by the HCAs or our Water Heater Selling Technicians. These are warm leads—customers who already showed interest but haven’t said yes yet. Your mission is to
hunt down these opportunities , overcome objections, and
convert them into wins .
Key Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
Follow up quickly and persistently on HVAC and water heater quotes not closed in the field
Engage customers via phone, text, and email to revive interest and drive urgency
Present tailored solutions and walk through quotes, financing options, and next steps
Handle objections with confidence and close deals
Log all activity and customer interactions in Service Titan with precision
Meet or exceed sales conversion goals
Provide feedback to leadership on objections and opportunities
Requirements What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sales or telemarketing—especially if you’re a pro at working the phones.
A confident, upbeat attitude with a talent for building rapport and sparking interest.
Self-starters who love the thrill of the chase and aren’t shy about making calls
A
hunter mentality —you love chasing and closing unfinished business
Excellent communication skills—you're persuasive, confident, and know how to build rapport fast
Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and prioritize hot leads
Experience using a CRM system (Service Titan, Salesforce, or similar) a plus
Self-motivated, organized, and relentless in follow-up
Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed
