What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team

Conduct market research and planning to identify sales growth opportunities

Establish and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada

Drive revenue achievement through collaboration with contractors, specifiers, and installers

Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of ERICO Surge Products

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, with a focus on surge protection or switchgear

Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams

Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across the U.S. and Canadian markets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience working with surge protection or switchgear sales

Strong value-based selling skills and the ability to negotiate effectively

Experience in navigating construction project sites

Familiarity with local agent and distribution market training
