What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute sales strategy while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada
Drive revenue growth through engagement with job sites, contractors, and end-users
Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of ERICO Surge Products
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably in surge protection or switchgear sales
Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the U.S. and Canada
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in surge protection or switchgear sales
Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives
Familiarity with construction environments and ability to navigate project sites
Established network within the electrical connections industry
