What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada
Drive revenue achievement through collaboration with various sales channels and partners
Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of products
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
Ability to work remotely and travel approximately 50% of the time across the U.S. and Canada
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with contractors and OEMs
Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in surge protection or switchgear sales
Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills
Familiarity with construction project sites and relevant safety regulations
