What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and drive sales strategy while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team

Conduct market research to identify team sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning

Build and maintain high‑level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada

Lead and mentor sales teams on application and value‑based selling of surge protection products

Collaborate with internal teams to assure direction on products, processes, and strategies

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, ideally with surge protection or switchgear

Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams

Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel internationally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in surge protection sales or related fields

Strong value‑based selling and interpersonal skills

Experience with engineering workshops and on‑site surveys

Familiarity with market growth strategies and product management

Knowledge of rebate programs and local branch marketing initiatives
