What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute sales strategies while leading regional sales teams
Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
Build and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts across the U.S. and Canada
Drive revenue growth through job sites, end users, contractors, and cross-selling opportunities
Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on products, processes, and strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical electrical sales, specifically with surge protection or switchgear
Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
Ability to travel internationally and navigate construction project sites
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in surge protection or switchgear sales
Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills
Familiarity with contractor and OEM sales processes
