Job Responsibilities
Develop and drive sales strategy while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts to drive revenue and customer growth
Collaborate with internal teams to assure alignment on products, processes, and strategies
Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of electrical solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with surge protection or switchgear
Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including international travel
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in surge protection or switchgear sales
Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills
Experience working with contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
Physical capability to navigate construction project sites
Familiarity with sales incentive structures and performance metrics
