What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute sales strategy while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning
Manage high-level relationships with Key Accounts and drive revenue achievement across various channels
Collaborate with internal teams to align on product direction and customer needs
Provide education and mentorship on value-based selling of Surge Products to sales teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably in surge protection or switchgear
Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the US and Canadian markets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience selling to contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills
Familiarity with construction project environments
