What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning
Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada
Drive revenue achievement through collaboration with sales teams and partners
Educate and mentor sales teams on value‑based selling of surge protection products
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably in surge protection or switchgear
Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce
Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the U.S. and Canada
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience selling to contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for customer engagement
Familiarity with sales analytics tools
