What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team

Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and understand competitive landscapes

Manage high-level relationships with Key Accounts and drive customer growth through various channels

Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs and customer feedback

Engage in education and mentoring of sales teams on application and value-based selling of products

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or applicable experience in technical electrical sales

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably with surge protection or switchgear

Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams

Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and sales analytics tools

Ability to navigate construction project sites and hold a valid driver’s license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in surge protection or switchgear sales

Strong value-based selling skills and interpersonal abilities for customer negotiations

Experience working with contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
