What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute sales strategy while leading Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales team
Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and understand competitive markets
Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada
Drive revenue growth and customer conversion through various channels, including job sites and contractors
Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of ERICO Surge Products
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, specifically surge protection or switchgear
Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and sales analytics tools
Ability to travel 50% of the time across U.S. and Canadian markets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in surge protection or switchgear sales
Strong value-based selling skills and negotiation abilities
Experience working with contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
Physical capability to navigate construction project sites
Valid driver’s license
