What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and implement sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and understand competitive landscapes
Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts in the U.S. and Canada
Drive revenue growth through various channels including job sites, end users, contractors, and installers
Educate and mentor sales teams on value-based selling of electrical protection products
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, specifically in surge protection or switchgear
Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for guiding customers toward solutions
Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and sales analytics tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience specifically in surge protection or switchgear sales
Familiarity with construction project sites and ability to navigate them
Previous experience working with contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
Ability to travel internationally for business purposes
Strong understanding of customer-focused sales strategies
