What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and understand competitive landscapes
Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts to drive revenue and customer growth
Collaborate with internal teams to lead Surge Strategy and ensure alignment on product offerings
Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of electrical products
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with surge protection or switchgear
Proven experience leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
Ability to travel on average 50% of the time and navigate construction project sites
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience selling to contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
Strong value-based selling skills and ability to negotiate effectively with customers
Experience in managing high-level contracts with Key Accounts
