What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and analyze competitive markets
Manage relationships with Key Accounts and negotiate high-level contracts
Collaborate with internal teams on sales initiatives and product strategies
Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of surge protection products
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably in surge protection or switchgear sales
Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in surge protection or switchgear sales
Experience working with contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
Ability to travel internationally as required
Strong interpersonal skills to guide customers toward appropriate solutions
