What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team

Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and better position products in competitive markets

Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts to drive revenue and customer growth

Collaborate with various teams to align product offerings with market needs and customer feedback

Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of ERICO Surge Products

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, specifically with surge protection or switchgear

Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams

Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel internationally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience selling to contractors, panel shops, and OEMs

Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills

Familiarity with construction project sites and the ability to navigate them
