What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and implement sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and understand competitive markets
Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts and drive revenue through various channels
Collaborate with internal teams on training, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives
Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of ERICO Surge Products
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with surge protection or switchgear
Experience leading both inside and outside sales teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
Ability to travel internationally and navigate construction project sites
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in surge protection or switchgear sales
Established value-based selling skills and strong negotiation abilities
Familiarity with sales processes and strategies in the electrical industry
Experience with training and mentoring sales professionals
Strong interpersonal skills to guide customers toward solutions
