What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute sales strategy while leading the Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales team
Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities in the U.S. and Canada
Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts and lead negotiations on contracts
Drive revenue achievement through job sites, end users, contractors, and cross-selling solutions
Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of ERICO Surge Products
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with surge protection or switchgear
Proven experience in leading outside and inside sales teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
Ability to travel 50% of the time across the U.S. and Canada
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience specifically in surge protection or switchgear sales
Strong interpersonal skills for negotiating and guiding customers toward solutions
Experience in construction project environments and navigating job sites
