What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team

Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning

Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts

Drive revenue growth through various channels including job sites, contractors, and end users

Educate and mentor sales teams on value-based selling of ERICO Surge Products

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly in surge protection or switchgear

Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams

Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools

Ability to travel on average 50% of the time throughout the U.S. and Canadian markets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience specifically with surge protection products

Strong value-based selling skills and experience negotiating with clients

Familiarity with construction project sites and ability to navigate them
