Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team. Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and understand competitive markets. Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada. Drive revenue growth through various channels, including job sites, end users, and contractors. Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of surge protection products. What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably with surge protection or switchgear. Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams. Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and sales analytics tools. Ability to travel 50% of the time throughout the U.S. and Canadian markets. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in negotiating and managing high-level contracts for Key Accounts. Familiarity with construction project sites and related navigation.
