What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the US and Canada
Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue achievement and customer growth
Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of surge protection products
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably in surge protection or switchgear
Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout US and Canadian markets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with surge protection or switchgear sales
Established value-based selling and negotiation skills
Familiarity with construction project sites and the ability to navigate them
Valid driver’s license for travel requirements
