What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and implement sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team

Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning

Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the US and Canada

Drive revenue achievement and customer growth through various channels including job sites and contractors

Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of ERICO Surge Products

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly in surge protection or switchgear sales

Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams

Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales analytics tools

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel internationally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in surge protection or switchgear sales

Strong value-based selling skills and interpersonal negotiation abilities

Familiarity with market dynamics in the electrical solutions industry

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
