What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement sales strategies while leading the regional sales teams
Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
Build and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts
Drive revenue growth through various channels including job sites and contractors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product strategies and customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, with a focus on surge protection or switchgear
Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and sales analytics tools
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel internationally, with an expected travel rate of 50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in value-based selling techniques
Familiarity with engineering workshops and on-site surveys
Established network within the electrical solutions industry
Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing high-level contracts
