Job Description This is a hybrid role including in‑office and remote working days. Must be resident or relocatable to the Austin, TX area.

The Aesthetics Sales Associate (ASA) is a sales support position responsible for growing the aesthetic market and supporting the aligned Sales division. The ASA will increase the aligned business unit sales revenue by managing house accounts, leads, target accounts and addressing non‑target account inquiries. The ASA also provides coverage to Inside Sales territories with a leave of absence or vacancy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Effectively utilize competitive Inside Sales selling techniques to achieve sales objectives, focusing on market growth, product growth and customer experience. Use sales systems and tools for planning and impactful customer interactions.

Support accounts in LOA or vacant territories; communicate with management and peers to achieve sales goals and positive customer journey.

Assist new accounts, manage existing customers, allocate samples, place orders, provide marketing materials and educate accounts on products, programs and resources. Execute campaigns/promotions, new product launches and training on Allergan programs.

Support Inside Sales department with inbound calls from non‑target and house accounts by answering product‑related questions, segmenting accounts based on potential sales opportunities and providing technical training.

Participate in marketing initiatives aligned to overall business unit priorities.

Assist IS Manager with program education by providing virtual trainings on a regular schedule.

Collaborate with management and field counterparts; act as sales support for general customer inquiries, drive sales objectives, cultivate client relationships and report on calls and responses.

Identify and address department and customer issues, propose solutions and consistently exceed corporate expectations.

Attend sales training and meetings as required; complete administrative responsibilities such as monthly sales reports, quarterly business plans, presentations and expense reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience required.

2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Ability to work independently, highly organized and strong communication skills required.

Track record of strong sales performance or outstanding customer service.

Benefits and Compensation

Base salary range: $60,000.00–$250,000.00 (subject to geographic variation).

Comprehensive package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) plan.

Eligibility to participate in short‑term incentive programs.
