Artech, nearly a $1 Billion-dollar international staffing company, and the largest woman-owned staffing company in the USA, is seeking an Account Manager for our Morristown office. We help mid‑sized and Fortune 500 clients with their IT, engineering, pharma and life‑science staffing needs.

Job Description The Account Manager will be responsible for the full life‑cycle sales process of short and long term initiatives and staffing requirements by identifying and securing new business opportunities with the existing clients and managing existing relationships.
Duties include the following:
Gain market share at our client(s) by increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margins.
Meet with client Hiring Managers on a daily basis to develop lasting relationships
Managing the client relationship, pre‑sales, post‑sales, and technical assistance.
Developing and implementing sales strategies.
Establish relationships with client decision makers.
Secure new business opportunities.
Building a sales pipeline for the account(s).
Management of SLAs set by the client, and track and measure progress.
Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions
Work closely with the technical recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates.
Skills & Experience Required
Bachelor's Degree, plus at least 2 years of work experience in agency recruitments within a fast paced work environment
Solid understanding and can easily navigate social media sites such as LinkedIn
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications: Outlook, Word and Excel
Must be detail oriented and able to create spreadsheets to track and measure progress
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong networking and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
