Business Development Manager

build and lead a high‑performing team . The role supports the industry’s evolving short‑ and long‑term initiatives and staffing needs, driving growth through strategic account management and client relationships.

Position Overview The Business Development Manager manages the full sales lifecycle for staffing and project initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, expanding relationships with existing clients, and driving growth through strategic account management. Success in this position leads to a transition into a leadership role and the development of a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for assigned accounts.

Develop and nurture relationships with client decision‑makers.

Increase market share by growing headcount, revenue, and margins.

Conduct regular meetings with client hiring managers to strengthen partnerships.

Manage client relationships throughout pre‑sales, post‑sales, and technical support phases.

Create and implement effective sales strategies.

Monitor and manage SLAs, tracking progress and performance metrics.

Prioritize and manage a high volume of requisitions effectively.

Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure clear communication of client requirements and successful candidate delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in agency recruiting within a fast‑paced environment.

Strong client‑facing and customer service skills; prior sales experience is highly desirable.

Proficiency in navigating social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

Solid knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Detail‑oriented with the ability to create and maintain tracking spreadsheets.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Strong networking, presentation, and communication abilities (both verbal and written).
