Role Purpose This role is responsible for driving business growth by cultivating and managing strategic client relationships while uncovering new revenue opportunities. It blends account management with business development, encompassing responsibilities such as achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, executing growth strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
Key Accountabilities
Drive Sales and Marketing : Lead initiatives to promote targeted applications/products, ensuring achievement of revenue goals through strategic campaigns and client engagement.
Market Development : Expand market presence for both new and existing applications/products.
Strategic Planning Support : Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Key Account Management : Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key customers to ensure exceptional satisfaction and unlock long‑term business growth opportunities.
Go‑to‑Market Planning : Define target audiences and topics for GTM events, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities & Duties Business Planning & Marketing
Assist in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance profitability.
Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies for business growth in the region.
Plan, organize, and participate in conferences, host events, and other marketing activities to promote products and services.
Channel & Alliance Development
Expand Distribution Channels : Identify and pursue new distribution networks and business opportunities to drive growth.
Strategic Partnerships : Identify, evaluate, and engage local alliance partners to strengthen market presence.
Distributor Management : Supervise, guide, and train distributors to achieve sales targets and ensure compliance with company standards.
Channel Marketing : Collaborate on pre‑sales activities and execute channel marketing initiatives to support revenue goals.
Prospecting, Sales and Account Management
Stakeholder Engagement : Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to influence decisions and achieve business objectives.
Account Growth : Service, manage, and expand existing accounts while developing new ones to meet revenue targets for the company and business unit.
Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned market segments.
Customer Needs Analysis : Understand and interpret customer requirements, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Consultative Support : Provide business and technical advice on application service‑related matters.
Sales Enablement : Assist in crafting compelling sales pitches and contribute to structuring deals, including financial models for proposals.
Market Analysis : Participate in evaluating market potential for products/services and assist in preparing sales expense estimates.
