As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our Service Department. Excellent customer service skills are required to be successful in this position as you assist customers from start to finish of the service process, and beyond. This is a fast‑paced position that requires you to multitask well, have strong organizational skills, and perform well under pressure.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assisting customers from start to finish of the service process, and beyond
Call to update customers daily on the status of their vehicle service repairs
Provide a seamless experience by understanding customer needs
Consulting with Service Technicians to communicate vehicle updates with customersEffectively communicate diagnoses and accurate estimates to customers
Build rapport and create lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they become customers for life
Utilize top‑notch customer service and communication skills to ensure customers have an outstanding experience in our Service Department
Requirements & Job Qualifications
Must have 2 or more years of customer service experience
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Must pass background check & drug screen
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be 21+ or have 3 years’ experience)
High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule Full‑time Monday‑Friday 7:30AM‑5:30PM, including some Saturdays 8:00AM‑12:00PM.
