ABOUT THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity for a nurturing and compassionate

Community Support Worker

to join our team at Mounties Care to provide support for our wonderful clients across

Logan,

QLD , on a

Casual or Part-time basis .

More specifically, some of your duties may include:

Accompanying clients during daily activities running errands and going on outings

Food preparation and shopping

Assisting in personal care and hygiene such as showering and dressing

Performing household tasks such as cleaning, washing and folding clothesProviding social interaction and companionship

Transport to appointments

ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will ideally have:

Hold a Certificate 3 in Individual Support or similar qualification - essential

Previous experience in aged care or disability – at least one year

Hold a NDIS clearance - or willing to obtain

Hold a COVID-19 Vaccination

Current Police Check – or willing to obtain

Current First Aid Cert including CPR – or willing to obtain

Must have own car & relevant insurances

Dementia care qualification– desirable

Proficient verbal and written communication skills
