Position Summary We’re seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations Associate to join our dynamic team shaping Harness’ go-to-market strategy and global expansion. Blending high-level strategy, detailed analytics and on-the-ground operations, we act as data-driven partners to GTM leadership in defining top revenue priorities, developing new initiatives and owning field execution.

In this position, you will play an integral role in driving global GTM plans & programs and be a strategic, day-to-day partner to senior business leaders. As part of a wide-ranging role, you will manage GTM-wide forecasts & KPIs, optimize business performance & efficiency, stand up new processes & programs and make recommendations on long-term strategy.

Reporting to the Revenue Operations & Strategy Manager, this is a high-visibility position with senior cross-functional exposure across the company, particularly with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and other Operations teams. You will have a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing business and influence our GTM strategies & processes worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Play a key role in the development and execution of GTM objectives & strategies, including capacity planning, sales segmentation and pricing

Design & implement forecasts & KPIs across different business segments and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership

Identify & lead new Sales programs on topics such as international expansion, pipeline growth, incentive structures and internal operational processes

Assist with key business reporting for our GTM leadership, executive management and Board of Directors

Work cross-functionally with GTM leadership to ensure business alignment on top priorities and drive change where needed

About You

2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, GTM strategy or a related field. Experience in a high-growth SaaS company is desirable, but not required

Advanced analytical skills: strong Excel & modeling proficiency is a must; experience with Salesforce, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) or advanced analytics is a plus

“All hands on deck” mindset: desire to be in a fast-paced environment with constant change

Ownership & bias for action: end-to-end ownership of deliverables & ability to get deep into details to get them done

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills: independently able to deal with ambiguous topics without a defined process or “right” answer

Excellent communication & presentation skills: prior experience & comfort interacting with senior leadership

The anticipated base is $115,00.00 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. The compensation package for this position also includes a commission/variable component, which is based on performance, plus equity, and benefits.
