Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 + Commissions

Position Overview The Outside Sales Account Manager plays a critical role in driving our business forward. You will be the face of our organization to clients, providing expert consultation, building lasting relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. Your ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and thrive in a technical sales environment will directly impact customer satisfaction, business growth, and your compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Follow Process Excellence: Ensure all sales activities align with company procedures to maintain operational efficiency and compliance

Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and consulting engineers to foster loyalty and repeat business

Consultative Selling: Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to clients, deeply understanding their needs and delivering customized BAS solutions

Drive Revenue: Implement strategic sales initiatives to expand our client base and increase market share

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish

Product & Market Knowledge: Stay current on our offerings and industry trends to effectively position our value in the market

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building systems, automation, or a related technical field

Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to travel within the designated territory

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
