Responsibilities
Shadowing/Training – Train, role‑play and demonstrate industry‑leading practices under an expert agent.
Lead Generation – Execute our PLACE lead generation system weekly, improving your lead generation skillset.
Open Houses – Hold open houses that attract buyers and sellers to current listings with a warm personality.
Communication – Build relationships and convert conversations into valuable appointments.
Script Training – Participate in weekly script practice sessions to hone your skills.
Teamwork – Participate in team activities that foster camaraderie and belonging.
Coaching/Training – Receive weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and partner calls to share insights.
Consultation – Guide buyers through the home‑buying process with expert care using proven systems.
Home Selection – Identify homes that meet client needs and secure signed buyer agreements.
Negotiation – Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers using proven scripts to create win‑win deals.
Done‑For‑You Support – Use our support team to eliminate 75 % of tasks normally required of a buyer’s agent.
Technology – Use PLACE Technology to streamline support and meet both client and personal goals.
Qualifications
A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and a desire to learn.
People‑oriented with a positive attitude for building client relationships.
Capacity to spend substantial time driving to show homes.
Learning‑based approach to stay updated on industry trends.
High school diploma and real estate license required.
